Missed Sessions & No-Shows

• If you miss a session without notice, we’ll consider it used as part of your package.

• Please arrive on time — late arrivals will receive the remaining time available.

• All package sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your first appointment unless agreed otherwise. This ensures you get the consistent support and momentum needed for meaningful results.
