Starting Monday, 13th October 2025, we’re hosting Reclamation Week - a free, lovingly designed experience to help you reconnect to your body, reclaim your rhythm, and rewrite the story of what this chapter gets to be.
Whether you're brand new to Hello Mimi or you've been in our community for months - if you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, this is for you.
